Melissa was nothing but exceptional in planning our honeymoon to Fiji! We got in contact with Melissa only about six weeks before our wedding with the idea to go to Fiji. She was able to cover all of the planning from there! Not knowing too much on Fiji, we gave Melissa some experiences we wanted to have, which was enough for Melissa to follow up with a tentative itinerary. The itinerary included resorts, length of stay, transportation and helpful travel tips. We made a few adjustments with Melissa on some of the items because of budget and Melissa was flexible and quick to follow up in order to accommodate us. This was very helpful considering we were simultaneously over our heads with wedding planning. In only a matter of days, we had our dream honeymoon to Fiji set! Melissa even sent us a care package right before the trip, which we found unbelievably thoughtful.
During the honeymoon, we experience a slight issue with one of our resorts and emailed Melissa for her recommendation (Please note, the issue related to the resort itself, not Melissa). Melissa was very helpful and immediately researched and presented us with all of our options. We appreciated the customer experience Melissa provided from the first day to the very end!
